Flow Tango - Freedom to dance !

08-11.05.2025 - Saint-Avé // Île d'Arz  (near to Vannes, Morbihan - France)

Four days of conviviality and tango dancing with a
traditional and contemporary musical repertoire.

Flow Tango is a marathon for all tango dancers. It's a time for meeting, sharing, conviviality and, of course, dancing, to an original musical program that combines traditional repertoire and contemporary music.

Our aim is to bring together the two current trends in tango in the same spirit of discovery, goodwill and fraternity.
The musical repertoire will surprise and, we hope, delight you. The venue will be warm and welcoming: You will have a great time, both on and off the dance floor.
We will enjoy (three) evening meals together - included in the Full Pass.

The number of participants is limited: book your Pass now!

I use all kinds of music in my sets, as long as it's danceable. From the Middle Ages, classical music to tango, Argentine folk music to rock, jazz, blues... music from the West to the East, from the North to the South. I love lyrical music, music that tells a story, with a bit of drama, a bit of darkness and several layers of music to play with. My aim is to help dancers dance their best tango. The tango that expresses their feelings and connection.

I started dancing tango coming from Contact Improvisation, wanting to learn Contact Tango, but I was bitten by the traditional tango bug. It's a heritage that I really honour. The sets I play revolve around tango music, both old and new. It's at the heart of who we are as tango dancers. For other styles of music, I look for the tango in the pieces I play, whatever the style of music, to create a coherent journey through sounds, emotions and movement.

That's why my mantra is: ‘Same soul, different sounds’.

When I first discovered the Tango Universe back in 2009, little did I know how far it would take me. From learning basic steps to complex figures, tango codigos and history, I met many passionate Tango fellows along the journey and I was happy to find many same-minded people believing that all music is dance-
able(tango-able).

As a DJ, I pay tribute to Tango classics and, when appropriate, I include wider music styles and eras to create relaxed and open atmosphere. My aim is to allow the dancers to express their emotions and creativity, ranging from excitement to melancholy, while embracing old friends or making new ones.
I am truly getting inspired observing the dancers fully involved into the dance, dissolving into the flow, enjoying the beauty of an elusive present moment which meant to lasts and lasts.

It will be a great pleasure for me to play at the Flow Tango event.
Looking forward!

Since 2005, when I started Tango, I've always danced to traditional Tango and alternative music specially chosen to accompany the abrazo tanguero.

Constant, limitless musical research has enabled me to find pieces that enrich the dance and give the milonga a more open atmosphere.

All kinds of music are possible when the rhythm, tonality and silences keep our listening awake and allow expression through the abrazo.

I look forward to seeing you at Flow Tango and to seeing you dance with passion.

Workshop "Intention et listening "

We usually think of the tango as being a dance for a couple ; but we can also see it as a triangular relationship linking the two dancers to the music. Seen in this light, each dancer is responsible for their connection to the music, as well as for their relationship to their partner.

This way of looking at the tango gives the dancers more autonomy, more mutual awareness, and also generates a shared responsibility in the creation of the dance.

Dancing the tango becomes a simple and enjoyable means to express one’s musicality, and leads to a sharing together of each person’s personal conception of the dance.
